The class started off with a cultural demo – Bhangra Dance presentation. It was a nice demo where the children learnt saw some basic Bhangra steps and a nice dance performance. Arthi, Saloni and Dhruv from our class happily volunteered to perform some of the dance moves!

We did a quick round on introduction at the beginning with each child saying their name and their parents name in Hindi. Then we continued the artwork session from the last class – this time the children drew a picture of a beautiful rainy day – complete with sun, clouds, rain and a rainbow, with green trees and a horse grazing on green grass!

We did not cover any new material due to the low attendance in class (9 kids) and also since it was the last day of class before the winter break.
We spent time reviewing past material in the form of quizzes and question-answer sessions. The children formed three teams of 3 each, they came up with team names themselves (Haathi, Chuhaa and...
