| | | | | They have to complete sheets 52-56. | | | | | We discussed a plan for children to review all their alphabets during the Christmas break in a fun way and we came up with a show and tell project that allows each child to create a book on alphabets with each book following a theme. Each page needs to have a drawing/picture of an object that starts with the letter along with the letter written out. The possible themes are:
- Words related to Seasons: आ for AAsmaan, ब for baarish, garam. They need to draw or paste pictures along with writing the letter. They can speak the word and not write it. - Festivals: प for puja or patakaa, न for naachana, ह for Holi, द for Diwali - Transportation - Cities in India - Characters in Indian Mythology - Sports - Animals - Household items
Each child can choose any 3 themes for the words. The deadline is end of January however it is best to tackle 4-5 letter each week starting now otherwise it will be overwhelming for your child. We really want them to enjoy the experience and not think of it as a chore.
